What rim size are you going for?
And be sure to compare width size as well with the 33" tire.
12.5" is about an inch wider than a 285 or 295.

I will probably go with 15 or 16. Leaning towards 15's to save money on rubber.

OME 3" lift with 885 coils. OME Shocks with TSB 1.5 AAL. 285/75/16 KM2s. XD Hoss 16" wheels. DDM Tuning 6000K HIDs, H10 6000K Fogs. BHLM. Debaged. 20% tint on front windows.
Sometimes it just depends on the 285 you get. Some are closer to be a 33 than others but vary marginal

Thanks! I did some research and it looks like the 33x12.5x15 Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac suits my needs.

That's a pretty good price! Where did you get it from, if you don't mind me asking.

    You may want 33x10x15!
I was running a 12.5 wide on my 1st gen as a daily driver and it pulled a lot when hitting puddles in the rain! It's the way I would go if doing it again.

I am pretty much set on my tire and wheel combo. I would like to get wheelers 15x8 type b wheels with 33x12.5x15 (pending the puddle issue noted above) IF i run 33x12.5x15, do I need spacers? Just read somewhere on this forum that spacers are needed if you go 12.5. This is all very confusing to me haha

Humm I don't think that's true because most 15" wheels for 1st Gens have a 3.75" backspacing and my tire is nowhere near the UCA the fender is another story but with the 15x8's you will have way less rubbing then I do running a 15x10"

Edit the Type B's have a 4" BS you should be good with that as well.

    Yeah I bought bushwhackers :D
