I'm not expert nor do I even own a set of the 255/85 km2s yet, but I think 35 and 45psi sounds high. I run 30 in my BFG ATs on the street

Depends on the terrain really. Mud, rocks, and muddy rocks I run 15-16 psi.

Start at 18 and if you find yourself spinning a lot then drop down to 16. I would not go lower than 15 on rocks as you will possibly break a bead without beadlocks.

When you run Rausch, you will want to run 16-18 psi.
What she said. 17 ish is were I normally start. If your in snow you can go to 12-14 but don't go off road that low.
