Any body think it would be worth Powder Coating the stock 98 rims black?

i think powder coating them would be just as much as getting a pro comp set of wheels. my friend owns a powder coating shop and charges 70-80 a rim.

Well thats my other question.. I have manual locking hubs on the front, how do those work when buying wheels?
