I'm looking at putting some FJ Cruiser TRD rims on my 2008 Prerunner. A few questions for the sages.

I know from the site the largest tire on a stock Prerunner is a 265/75 R16.

I've read that the FJ wheels have a 5.5 offset compared to the 4.5 for the Tacoma. If so, then theoretically you could run a wider tire. Has anyone mounted anything larger than
265/75 R16s on their Tacoma with FJ wheels?

I have the stock steelies right now. Will my TSPMs fit in the new rims?

yes plenty of people have 285's on them they do fit, except they also have a lift. stock height biggest is 265/75/16 on the TRD FJ wheels.

TPMS from steelies will NOT fit the wheels, but TPMS from regular alloys will fit no problem. (OR or Sport).

    here's the specs:
fj trd wheels 16x7.5 offset 15mm

stock off road wheels are 16X7 offset 32mm for comparison.
play around with calculator for whatever wheels fitment you need...
