I just picked up a set of 16x8 KMC XD Series Enduro wheels. I have searched through tons of lug nut related threads and have seen mixed answers.

I am looking at using McGard spline driven lugs

I see some people recommend acorn style and some people recommend acorn ET style. I fully understand the difference. I am just trying to make sure the standard acorn ones I posted above will work for me.

    Appreciate your help in advance.

I have these wheels. If you are NOT changing the studs out for longer one, you need ET lugs. I used the gorilla splined ET lugs. The smaller socket for the ET's gives more room in the lug holes so there is less chance of scratching the wheels when installing or removing lugs.

+1, Gorilla splined ET are what I have. I like them because like the above poster said, the diameter of the lugs is pretty small so you're not fighting to jam the key/lug wrench in the whole and scratching your wheels to *@*%

You can find them on the wheelers website, or in the sticky at the top of this forum. They do not come in black.
