Help choosing wheel size.

Hey,

I've been checking out different builds and different threads and I have narrowed my wheel choices to three.

1.American Racing Chamber
2.American Racing Enduro XD1223
3.ProComp 7089
All 16"

Ill be running a 265/70/16 tire, and stock height suspension. I read I will have to use different tpsm in any of these wheels because my tpsm from my steel wheels will not work for whatever reason. This was read of TireRack.

A 16x8 should have no problem with the tire size ill be running, but what about the backspacing. That im unsure of. I dont want to have to trim anything. Also any problems occured mounting these or running these?

Thanks

With the 265s, you can run a wheel between 4.5" and 5.5" of backspacing and be fine.

I believe both the chambers and the enduros are discontinued btw.

Kind of an update. I purchased a set of TRD Offroad wheels. I painted them a graphite color, but im not sure if I want to run them, or just keep the steelies. I plan to run a 265/75/16, on an expedition style build. Trying to be weight conscientious with the build, as well as trying to stick to a budget.

I know the TRD Wheels look better, thats why I originally bought them, but are there added benefits to them over the steels? Are they lighter in weight?

I dont have the TPSM to go with the TRD wheels, so thats an added cost factor, on top of the tires. Some have run the steel wheel monitors in an alloy wheel and had good results, but others havent.
