Will these wheels and tires work on a prerunner with a 3 inch lift

I want to put new rims and tires on my tacoma and i was wondering if these would fit.

That will be cutting it real close. You might have to do some trimming to get them to fit. also the 5.21" backspacing will put them real close to the uca.

Or down in backspacing. 4.5" would be better. Then you could fit 285/70/17s with a little trimming.
