Dog Dish wheels and hubcaps

Does anyone have a source for old-style dog dish pickup wheels/hubcaps to fit a Tacoma? I know I may need spacers to make it come together, and the pressure sensors need to be dealt with, too.

5 lug. I'm looking for old style - like you'd find on a 50's American pickup or an early 70s muscle car.

I've heard they are called baby moon hubcaps.

should be easy, 5x4.5 is a pretty common lug pattern
