    I'm look at some rims, and the lug pattern is 6/139.7. is that the same as 6/5.5?

    so the .2mm wont affect anything to much I take it? The offsets they come in are 0, +18, -6. Can anyone tell me how much each offset will make my wheels stick out?

    He meant 139.7. They are one in the same.

    In order to know how much they will stick out, we need to know the width in addition to the offset.

    They are 16x8 rims. So 8" wide

    Agreed. That will work best for you. and they will stick out 2" more than stock.
