Where can I get a black center wheel cap?

I am planning to get new tires and just decided to paint the stock rims flat black. Obviously the center plastic cap will have to go. Any idea how I can plug up the void in the center so that rust doesn't show through?

I can not be 100% sure but I thought I saw somewhere on here that Wheelers sells black caps but again not 100% sure.

Sorry I was being a smart ass.
TW is full of Plasti-Derpers.

I say just scuff it and paint it with regular paint.

Yeah I know but a few people have actually done it here. Just curious what the results would be.
