I am looking at replacing the stock tires and pretty much want the Michelin LTX MS2 based on my previous 100k+ mile experience with the LTX on my Jeep Cherokee.

I really don't want to go wider or lower profile, so I have a couple of choices when looking at Tire Rack:

    245/75R16 109T SL 44psi max 34 lbs 30.5"dia
    245/75R16 120/116R E LRR 80psi max 42 lbs 30.5"dia
    235/85R16 120/116R E LRR 80psi max 44 lbs 31.7"dia

Will the LRR offset the higher weight per tire? Is the larger diameter and narrower profile of the 235/85 worth a shot on better mileage for less rolling resistance and better highway gearing?

I may be over-thinking it, but I will be stuck with the choice for a long time and would like to get good mileage.
