Will TPMS from factory steelies work on aftermarket steelies?

i saw these on ebay and liked the way they looked. i noticed they are steel wheels. will the steel TPMS sensors work with no problem...or is it back to the strap kits on 180 degree sensor install? thanks

I have aftermarket steelies on my truck and the TPMS' work fine, I did hear otherwise from some members on here though.

Tons, but the wheels rubbed on my calipers so I got spacers which caused most of the issues. Lots of fender trimming and lifted the front 1.75" to avoid cab mount rub.

Wheelers offroad makes a 16" steel wheel that will clear the calipers and avoid rubbing.

Looking through the posts & seeing the pics of the TPMS, would the factory TPMS on the steelies be able to be used on the new steelies? It's a 2012 Taco & looking for wheels. Prefer Pro Comp series 98. Just wondering if I can take the OEM off & place them on the new rims?
