Mostly the caster from what I've read, right? What are the best and worst case scenarios for my alignment in regards to rubbing?

    holy thread revival!

    Ok glad I found this.

I have a 2005 trd sport and I just ordered the bilstien 5100 kit with OME dakar heavies from headstrong and I want to figure out my tires. I also ordered new SPC LR UCA to get the alignment bit right in hopes this might help with that and rubbing.

After reading this thread, I have decided to go 275 70 17 I will but I wanted to try to keep the stock TRD sport wheels for now if possible and it looks like I can!

Checking back in how are you all liking the tires? Still running them? Im looking at the Falken wild peaks at3

I actually just switched from my Hankook Dynapro ATM 275/70/17's to Falken Wildpeak 265/70/17 about 2 weeks ago

Hankooks were worn out and I wanted to get Wildpeaks cause the Hankooks were not great in the wet snow we usually get here , was going to go 255/80/17 but they were not available in Canada and as it turns out side by side , the 275 Hankooks and 265 Wildpeaks looked to be the same height anyway

    no pics from rear

so did the 275s ever rub anywhere for you after the 10 years you ran them?

I’d like to know before I buy a set considering I am getting the identical lift as you.

Also while I’m at it, how did your lift hold up all these years?

Lastly..got a pic of your truck with the new tires?

    no rub

coils and front shocks probably ready to be replaced , rear shock broke this summer so they are new , leaf springs rusty but still same height and carry well

    Hey man one last question!

I should have my parts hopefully before the weekend to install the lift on my truck but I wanted to ask if you remember what setting you installed your SPC LR UCA's at?

I think there is a +2 or +3 or +3.75 are the common settings that most will start at.

Since we have the same lift and tires I thought I might set it initially at least where yours was.

the +2 (neutral) setting is what I used

    Update.

Got the lift installed...Dropped at my local shop for tire install and an alignment.

The General Grabber ATX tires rub the upper control arms and with the stock sport wheels it will not fit. trying to find what the minimum spacer I can get in order to have a proper alignment and get the vehicle back from the shop.

When you set up the spc ucas, did you set the upper ball joint closer the tire or in the middle setting?

I wonder if I move closer and still get a proper alignment can be achieved.
