I've been toying w/how i want to lift my truck for a couple months now and still cannot come up w/just how i want it done. however, my stock steelies need to go and i'm planning on replacing them w/the fj trd silver alloys...i was gonna go the flat back powdercoat way, but i think i like the silver better. anyhow, i know the backspacing on those is 4 1/2" as compared to my stock steelies and even the stock alloys for tacomas which are somewhere in the neighborhood of 5 1/4" to 5 1/2" of backspace. with no lift and my current tires, 265/75/16 revos, which don't rub now, will the tires rub with the fj trd wheels on due to it sitting out more towards the fender than the stock steelies?
