I'm getting new tires the week after christmas and wanted 285/75 with my factory wheels
So my question is will they fit with out wheel spacers? I'm also getting a 3in lift at the same time.

285's with factory wheels without wheel spacers will be very close to touching/rubbing against the UCA's.

also 285s can cause balancing issues on a stock rim cause it's only 7" wide.

I have 285's with billys at 2.5 and 2" add-a-leaf with dc-2 wheels. I had to do minor trimming on the front wells and flaps with a cut off wheel and I kept the flaps on. when i enter a parking lot and the turn hits the sweet spot i get a little rub on the body mount. no big deal. after these tires wear out im going to 265's for the mpg's, 285's look great but she sees 90% on hard ball and 20% off. "yes i know that's 110% but 10% sounds toooo nancy"! Plus its cheaper to fix the 400ex than the daily driver. oh the billy's are awesome, smother ride and less lean. I was going to do stock but i found dc-2"s for $120 a rim. ,,,,,Good luck!

Ok, awesome! Thanks so much! Do the 5100's give it a little extra height?
