Which General Grabber AT2's?

I will be in the market for new tires in a month or two. I have decided to get the General Grabber AT2's. I will be getting either the 265/70R 16's or the 265/75R 16's. These are the stats:

Size: 265/70R16
Sidewall Style: Outlined White Letters
Serv. Desc: 112S
UTQG: 640 A B Price: $131.00 (each)
Estimated Availability: On Backorder

OR

Size: 265/75R16
Sidewall Style: Outlined White Letters
Serv. Desc: 123/120Q
Load Range: E
UTQG: None Price: $165.00 (each)
Estimated Availability: In Stock

I do like the bigger size for looks. But I don't want to change my stock spare tire.

Opinions?

I was told by my tire guy that the 265/75/16 were also on backorder. Can anyone clarify if they are or are not?

They're resuming production 3 days ago. Ive been waiting for 1 last General Grabber to finish my set of 4. I've been waiting since Black Friday and I just received tracking info that they are on there way. So I'd assume if you're buying in a few months production will be all caught up.

Still need to hear opinions on which one to get. Is it worth paying $30 a tire for the E rating and 265/75, or are the ab rating on the 265/70's just fine. I don't really off road, but do hunt off some trails. mostly city driving.

you really don't want to put a load range "E" tire on a light pickup truck. the sidewall is too stiff (because it is made to support heavier loads) and the ride will not be as good as the "SL" (standard load rating) tire. load range E tires are really made for 3/4 and 1 ton trucks.

the a b rating on the 265/70 tire is not the load rating, fyi. pmetric tires are rated either SL or XL. these are SL's.

I would and am going with the 265/75/16. Different tire for me though. E load BFG.
