tire/rim clearance issues???

I found these tires & rims on craigslist. They are 265/70R18 Goodyear SRA Mud & Snow on what look to be Toyota aluminum wheels. It says they are 6 bolt x 5.5 and will fit Toyota, Chev & Nissan. The owner doesn't know exactly what they are off. Did Tacoma's or Tundra's ever come with 18's? What kind of lift would I need (if any) to bolt them up? I was planning to lift it anyways and would like to run 2 sets of wheels/tires for summer and winter.

rims

Apparently the wheels are off a Nissan Titan. Anyone know if they'll fit my 06 Taco DBLcab 4x4?
