What wheels are these?

I have a chance to pick these wheels and tires up cheap just wondering what wheels these are? Here is a link to a pic of them.

It doesn't say the wheels are included, does it?

 

Exactly. The ad says "Image is a representation of this part. Actual part may vary." I don't see anywhere where it says rims are included. Be careful! I'd say that's for tires ONLY.

 

Haha guys I know that. I was just using the picture as a reference. That is the only place I can find a picture of the wheel. I am not buying them on ebay I found these wheels and tires locally and I want to know what this wheel is, thanks!
