    I'm sometimes guilty of following the old adage that you're much more likely to advertise a bad customer service experience than you are a positive one...so I thought I'd advertise a positive one.

    A couple of days ago I ordered 4 Hancook Dynapro tires through Discount's website, and made an appt to have them put on today. I show up at my appt time and they had not arrived yet. I told the guy I could not come back later today with my schedule. So instead of letting me walk he quickly said he'd give me a better tire for same price. So I got Rocky Mountains for the same price...normally would be a bout $88 more.

    I've used Discount Tire for years and I honestly can't think of a time where they did not provide great customer service. I can't say that about NTB or many others.
