Lift, Tires, Front Bumper

I recently bought a 05 base 4x4 2.7l 5 speed from a local car lot. I think its lifted (not sure what kind, its got bilstein shocks) and 285/75r16s mounted on pro comp 7047 series wheels. Stock size was 245/75r16s. Everything on here says that I have 4.10s (my door sticker is A02A\R155F) but on your tire calculator with my current size says I should be at 2734 RPMs at 65mph but my tach when in 5th is at around 2000ish. Am i reading something wrong? if anyone could offer an insight id appreciate it.
