3" lift, stock rims, tire size?

I am going to install a 3" lift. Leaving the stock 16" Baja wheels. I do not want to have to cut or trim anything. Are 285/75/16's a safe bet? If I need wheel spacers, what millimeter thickness? What size could I get away with without spacers?

Thanks!

Not very sporting to fire on an unarmed opponent.

255/85/16

For 285/75/16 you will need wheel spacers like Spidertrax 1.25" and you will still need to trim the inner fender , remove the mud flaps and maybe trim the cab mount

Did you HAVE to do the cab mount chop. I am running BFG 285/75/16 TA KO 3 inch Toytec lift and slightly rubbing the control arm.

Do you have stock wheels? You can get 1-1.5 inch wheel spacers and that will take care of your control arm rubbing issues.

Ordered all 4 from toytec. Cheaper than the spidertrax Web site since toytec accepts the RE coupon code. Installing today and will put pics
