285/75/16 on 16x8 wheels

I have a 3" lift and bought 16x8 4.5 BS 0 offset Wheels

I was set on going 265/75/16 until today and thought 285/85/16 would look so much better.

Would 285 fit with 4.5" backspacing? I'm wondering if I have to change out the uca's or do some trimming?
