I am looking to get eagle alloys 185 wheels and i was wondering if since the BS is 4" will it cause any problems or does it just mean the wheels will stick out a 1/2 inch more than normal

it's going to stick out about 2" more than stock. depending on your tire size, you might have to consider a lift if it's not already.
