Right now I'm running 245/75/16 on a 06 prerunner. 265/70/16 was an option. I want to run 265/75/16, shouldn't have a problem with rubbing or fit.
I tow a 4000lb travel trailer, will I have a power loss with the larger diameter tire without doing a gear change?

you will be fine running the 265/75/16's, and you shouldnt feel any power loss at all.

No, you don't need to worry about power loss with that size.... Your fine, that size is not dramatically bigger than the 265/70s.
