Jeep Wrangler 15" wheel swap

Got a chance to pick up a set of 15" factory steel wheels from a 2001 Jeep Wrangler. Specs on the wheels seem to be in line with my 2000 2WD Tacoma 5 lug wheels.
Jeep is 5x114.3 with 32 offset and 71.6 center bore. Taco is 5x114.3, high positive offset and 67.1 center bore.
My question......will the larger center bore of the Jeep wheels present any problems. I know a smaller center bore would prevent them from fitting on the hubs but not sure if there are any down sides for a larger center bore.
Are the Tacoma wheels hub centric or lug centric. Does it really matter?

Thanks for any advice or thoughts on this. I already screwed up on a set of 15" alloy wheels from a 2004 Honda CRV....center bore of 64.1 was to small. Good deal on the CRV wheels if anyone is looking!

dont you about your pre-taco, but Tacomas are hub centric. You can get hub centric ring adapters and/or long shank lug nuts to help with the seating of the wheel, but if you just take your time and make sure the wheel is center on the hub when you put them on, you should be alright.

Now you got me thinking. Wonder if it's possible to buy an extender to extend the hub out further but reduce the bore from 67.1 to 64.1 so I could fit the CRV wheels.

Easier, cheaper, and safer to just get wheels that fit

True that brother! Hard to pass on a good deal but guess it's not so good if they don't fit!
