Stud length and Lug nuts on new rim

    I tried a search and didnt come up with much so excuse me for posting another 951 thread =)

    I test fit one and it seems okay since i'm using the spline lug nuts, but it's not the recommended length of bite. I think it's 1.5 times the diameter that should be threaded on?

    moto metal 951 16x9 anyone using the stock studs for these rims? Or will i have to get longer ones

    i was originally looking to figure out what exactly is "too short" but i read your post further and it had an example of the 951's. thanks. guess it wont be safe to ride on the stocks studs.
