    Hello,
I am going to be purchasing new tires and a 2" leveling kit soon. I was wondering if anybody has put a 275/65/17 or a 275/70/17 on OEM wheels on a 2nd gen Tacoma with a 2" level. If so, did you have any rubbing issues with OEM TRD sport wheels? I have seen alot of guys do 265/70/17 with no rubbing issues.

    Thank-you!

OZ-T, Did you have to remove your mudflaps for this size tire not to rub?

I have stock TRD sport wheels with 275/70/17 Cooper Discoverer AT3 tires. My left tires rubs the front inside edge of my fender and the tiniest corner of my UCA at full left turn. No other rubbing. My right wheel in fact does not even rub at full left turn. Everything has been aligned by the dealership and it rides awesome. I just avoid the full left lock. It is really so slight I doubt I would even get spacers.

I'm running 275/70/17 wrangler ats.I think im rite around 2.5" of lift with no issues. I did ditch the mudflaps but only because I ripped 2 of the off wheeling in WV.

I was running 275/70/17 on FJ 17" wheels with a 2 1/4 spacer lift with no rubbing at all, even with mudflaps.
