I currently have 2011 TRD Sport with OEM 17" alloys. I am looking at purchasing this setup:
    Level 8
    Guardian
    16X8.5 6-139.7 -6MBL

    or

    KMC Enduro's
    16" x 8"+0

    and the tires:
    Hankook
    DynaPro ATM RF10
    P265/70R-16 111T OWL
Will this in anyway throw off the speedometer? Or do I need to adjust the TPMS after? Oh and I am on stock suspension. Just want to reassure this will work before I place the order.

    Thanks!

Your overall diameter will be nearly the same, so your speedometer will still be accurate.

Your TPMS will transfer over no problem. You might need to reset the system with the button in the cab if you move the sensors (same reset procedure as when you rotate your tires). There are instructions in your service manual.

The offsets of those wheels are more aggressive, but given that you are using a stock tire size you shouldn't have any issues. However, you might have slight rubbing with the 16x8.5" -6mm offset wheels. The 16x8" +0mm offset wheels will definitely fit without issue.

    Awesome. Thanks.

Looks like I will be going with the KMC Enduro's.

    Lots...
Actually I have 265/75 on 16's and the speedometer is more accurate than before (stock wheels & tires)

I can say that thanks to my gps, iphone and the radars... Haha
