a little help for a newbee please

Just purchased an 08 double cab Sport. Everything stock, beautiful truck. Gonna buy new tires, should I replace with the originals 265/65r/17, or should I get the 265/70r/17. Wouldn't mind the extra inch I believe it would give me as long as it doesn't mess with anything. Thanks for all and any expert advice
