A/T Tire for the winter and beyond?

Well...yes it's another "which tire do i choose" thread. A brief glimpse of my situation:

From the southeast, likely moving there in July 2013, but spending 1 year in Cleveland, Ohio for work. Want to replace the stock Dunflops on my 2011 DCSB Sport 4x4. Want an A/T tire, but nothing to break the bank because I'll likely change wheel/tire combo in Fall 2013 (as my financial situation will be improving).

Need a tire that's good in slush, ice, snow that I'll be seeing in Cleveland and likely heavy rain (hurricane season) that I'll be seeing in the southeast.

Narrowed it down to the 3 around my price point. Thoughts? FWIW, I hate dealing with firestone in general....

Good year duratracs would be the best winter AT out there (I would say duratracs are borderline MT), but I believe they're warranted for 40,000 miles. and are $130 a piece.

I'd LOVE the duratracs, but can't find them for less than like....$210 apiece online. Where are you getting them for $130 these days?

Damn they went up in price. discount tire has them at $183/piece right now. I bought new tires last summer and saw duratracts for $137/piece for 265/75/16.

I decided on Bridgestone AT Revo 2's for $171/piece.

Closest discount tire to me is 100 miles. Discounttiredirect has the duratracs for $242 (!) each. *sigh* I'm looking to get a set of tires for around $150(ish) each.....again, since these'll only be on for about a year or so.

Since I live in Sunny SoCal duratracs aren't in demand and take ups space on the shelf, so they are cheaper here.
