Lift help for a DC LB .... Ready for TW to help me spend some cash

First off thank you for any and all help!!! I know another lift thread. I assure you I have read, and searched, and read everything I can. I am ready to move forward but am kind of stuck with my research.

My goal is to do it professional and right the first time.

The truck is a 2012 DC LB. It's primary function will be ride comfort on road. Off road will be slow going mostly on existing hunting trails. I do like to play in the snow. Occasionally it will tow a boat or a Uhaul. I like the current rake of the truck. I do not want to be nose up if I put a little weight in the bed or tow something. There will be an additional 200lbs in skids and sliders spread across the bottom of the cab (being installed shortly). I plan to add ~200lbs to the front in bumper, winch, extra battery weight (in the future).

I want a comfortable ride for couple hours trips to camping sites. I plan to go to a 17in wheel. As for the tire I want it to fill up the wheel well not look like the truck is floating on top. I do not mind taking a few MPG off but would like to avoid cutting it in half maybe a 32 or 33max tire. I believe this puts my lift in the 2.5 - 3in area.

I do not want to add spacers and plastic parts and try and stretch something's capabilities. I want to get the correct coil over system up front and correct leaf system in the rear.

I have settled on 5100's from the research. I have been being pointed to the OME and ARB springs for the front. What spring do you recommend for the current weight and future weight?

Is a AAL good enough or better performance from a whole new Leaf pack? What leaf pack for appropriate lift and function?

What tire size would look best in the wheel well?

Noted that you'll occasionally haul a boat or u-haul. OZ here ^ can tell you about OME Dakars being one of the better leaf packs if you're going to be doing any hauling or towing better than I can (experience vs what I've read)

another point toward OME, which would be my suggestion as well

My wife loaded up the truck last week with 1750 lbs of pavers + 300 lbs of sand. I was pissed but it made the short drive home without any apparent issues. I was pretty surprised that the truck never bottomed out and felt actually capable of taking the load. Won't be doing that again, but oh well. I have the same rear lift as Oz.
