I was looking for new tires, and I came across the same tires (265/75/16) but one said 123Q and the other said 123/120S. What does that mean?

According tot he BFG Website, the one with the Q rating has black sidewalls, is 0.1" taller, and has 1/32" less tread depth, for some reason.
