Question about bfg all terrain?

I was looking for new tires, and I came across the same tires (265/75/16) but one said 123Q and the other said 123/120S. What does that mean?

The letters are the speed rating. Q=99 MPH, S=112 MPH

The numbers are the load index, indicating how much weight each tire can carry safely.

According tot he BFG Website, the one with the Q rating has black sidewalls, is 0.1" taller, and has 1/32" less tread depth, for some reason.
