    So, I'm looking at getting done moto metal 951 16x9 and my question is will my 265/75r16 fit these wheels. I just bought these tires 6 months and they are still basically brand new.thanks

    Check on the tire manufacturer's website. They list an approved rim width for each of their sizes.

    I just stretched my 265/70/16s from a 16x7 to a 16x8 rim but not sure if I'd go with 16x9 with that size but your 265/75/16s will have taller sidewall and could have better chance of being OK on a 16x9 but as was stated, I would see if it is alright first. If it gets stretched too far it seems like the edges would wear weird and sidewall stability may be negatively affected.

    Nitto website said that size tire would range from 7 to 8.

    Well they make the 951 in a 16x8 also, so problem solved!
