Nice wheels that use stock TPMS?

I know there were a few guys on here who had a nice set of 16-17 wheels and used their old TPMS sensors on then. Anyone know of what rims they are or any that do work with them?

 

Im running 16" Procomp 7089's with the tpms and no problems

 

thats awesome, Im just about to buy the 7089's but a 17" (Im sure they are the same) and thats the biggest dilemma.

Ive got XD addicts with stock tpms. They are 18s, but available smaller

 

Almost all aftermarket wheels made in the last few years accept TPMS sensors. Very rare that one doesn't.

If you have the stock alloy wheels, the oem TPMS should work on the majority of aftermarket alloy wheels out there. You'll only run into issues using oem steel sensors on aftermarket alloy wheels. Alloy to alloy, you're golden.

My truck came with the steel wheels, I have had 2 sets of aftermarket rims 17" and 18" with no issues. My truck is an 07, and I only have that to base my comment off of.

 

Just bought these, calipers clear & the TPMS fit.........AR Fuels, 16x8, 4.5 bs, 0 offset, 550.00.

 

So they work good for these wheel? I'm gonna order them now then. I shouldn't need anything else either too? Did you also buy that thin wall socket or didn't need it? What about lock nuts to fit it?

 

yes, they work excellent. you will need the thin wall socket but i didnt order locknuts as im not too worried about it plus youd probably need the thin wall socket in order to get the wheels off anyway.
