Trimming with 33x12.50r18

Before everyone tells me to use search or bashes me just curious to know the extent of trimming required to run this size tires with a 3" lift.?? I know a 285/70 or 285/65 is relatively similiar but there's a bigger variety with a 33x12.50x18
