Arent 265/75/16 and 265/70/17 the same overall size? I think youll be fine. Best thing you can do around here is SEARCH before you get flamed by someone not as nice as me....Oh look...I was right....

Yes you can fit that size tire on your truck stock.

Anything over 285's is when you need to do a 2-3 inch lift and different backspacing on the wheels.
