should i get these swampers?

There is a set of 33x10.5x15 swampers radial tsls on Craigslist with some really nice wheels and I talked the Guy down to 850 bucks. The tires have 80 percent tread BUT one has a sidewall patch and a couple lugs missing. I can't decide if I should get them or not so I figured I would ask u guys. I just want some swampers just invade they never make them again. I do quite a bit of offroading so they would've perfect. What do you think?

Swampers dont last too long, had some sets on the K5 they dont like the street, they like the dirt and mud though, stay away from gravel

 

Personally I would never buy used tires especially with a sidewall patch.
