What Tire Size for 17" Sport Rims w/ Lift?

Hey guys- Looking for advice on tire size for my 17" sport rims. Truck is 2011 DC LB. I have Bilstein 5100s set at 1.75" in front and 1" blocks in back with rear leaf TSB. Is anyone running 275/70/17 tires and having rubbing issues? Should I go with 265/70/17 to avoid any problems?

Thanks!

These are 265/70/17 pre OME 3" lift.

The first picture was taken on the White Rim near Moab.

The second was after the lift was installed.

I had minor rub issues and I would recommend at least a 2" lift with this tire size if you are going off road. There is little functional difference between 265 and 275.

Anyone else running 275/70/17's on a '05-11 and having (or not having) rubbing issues? I would like to go with the larger tire but don't want to deal with rubbing or have to do any trimming.

Please post if you have photos of your setup with these tires/rims/lift combo
