So I didn't trust myself swapping my steelies with my new beadlocks so I made an appointment with Firestone. I then show up for my appointment and they ask me if the tires are new? I said they have 5 miles on them off a new dealer truck. They then state they can't install them due to "company policy", 5 guys just sitting there, seriously. Took it to STS, no problems. Just voicing my frustration.

Meh, don't judge an entire company off of some schmucks. I've had both good and bad experiences with different Firestone locations . . . not much you can do about lazy people nowadays. Except maybe call them out here and there

Should've just told them the tires were new. :) Anyway, looks like you found a shop with better service, so use STS from now on.
