Ok so I got my stock trd rims powder coated a month back they seemed to install fine never even thought about the added thickness ! Now I'm getting ready to do the tear down for my lift and these rims are locked on pretty solid !? Took the old boot to the tires and even the hammer still no movement ! Puller maybe ? Anybody got any ideas on how to get these buggers off ? Once there off ill def be buffing out the centres a little !! Help pls kind of at a stand still here

Rubber hammer to the inside of the rim. Or a big sledge to the inside of the tire. No pullers available for that, unless its big. Then it may damage the wheel finish.

some of this, a little of that
Don't forget to leave at least one lug nut on loosly to keep the wheel from flying off when it breaks free....(been there done that :anonymous:)

Should I clean the center hug a big with a buffer or anything or will they eventually wear themselves out ?

If that's where they're fitting too tight than it's not a bad idea to buff it out. And spray it with regular paint to keep it from corroding.

Actually, I read this earlier in the day so that's why it made me chuckle. https://twitter.com/itsWillyFerrell/status/269950549410062338

Ben, whenever you're ready for the wheels, just let me know. I'll make sure to sand down the hub opening for you:p.
