That wheel is a little wide for a 245 series tire, but it should be withing the acceptable range. Offset is close to the same as stock.

I know from my experience that they won't fit the tires that I currently have. I have Cooper Discoverer S/T LT265/75R16 Load Range E. The Cooper website says that they fit rim width 7-8 inches and the Level 8 Guardians are 8.5 inches wide.

What tires do you want to put on the Level 8's?

I have 245/75/16 on my stock steelies right now, and I wanted to get these new wheels. I am trying to get the full use of these 245/75/16 tires before I buy some BFG AT's 265/75/16 this summer.

usually you can stretch a tad bit. It's not the tire I'm worried about because I will be getting new ones in the summer.

Manufacturers range is only up to 8" wide as per the Dunlop website.

I have the Level 8 Trackers and they are 8.5" wide. All 265/75/16 tires reccomend a 7-8" wide wheel. This is the reccomendation, they have to have a cut off point some where..and I dont think .5" is a big deal. The 265/75/16 look fine on my 8.5" wide wheels (actually I think they look great)...and the techs at Discount said .5" is not a big deal. Think about it...it is only .25" wider on each side of the tire when mounted on the rim, that is nothing. There were no issues mounting, balancing.

They dont rub the calipers at all, but with the wider wheel, the tires rubbed when turned all the way, even with the front mud flaps removed. After I installed the Bilstein 5100 set at 1.75" in the front, no rubbing at all.

cool, how much space do you have between the tires and the uca's?
the wheels im looking at are 17 x 8.5 with an offset of 0. i think the back spacing would be between 4.5"-5"
the distance between my tires and my uca's is one of my concerns since there is not much room already with my stocks and 265/70's
