Space between uca and tires

How much space should there be? I just had a set of 265/70/17s installed, and there is maybe 1/4 inch between with the tires facing straight. At full turn they are almost touching. If the stock size is 265/65/17 what's causing this? I had the Bilsteins installed a few weeks ago too.
