Dura-Beads?!

Who is using dura beads? or a similar product?

I have my 275 55 r20's on the truck. When I get them balanced, they always scratch up my wheels, and then the stick ons fall off every few miles and I'm left with the same issue all over again. Off balanced tires.

Read some great things about these beads, but wanted peoples opinions on them.
