I got my alignment done 2 weeks ago and then come to find out something still wasn't right... Took it to Firestone again had them do a realignment, I have the bilstein 5100's set at 2.5 and a 2" rear add a leaf, I'm wondering if these number are accurate...

    Left front
    Camber-(before 1.2) / (after (-0.1))
    Caster-(before -0.08) / (after -0.07)
    Toe- (before 0.04) / (after 0.08)

    Right front
    Camber-(before 1.0) / (after (0.0))
    Caster-(before 0.2) / (after -0.03)
    Toe- (before 0.06) / (after 0.05)

    Total toe (before 0.10) / (after 0.13)
    Steer ahead (before -0.01) / (after 0.01)

WOW! Your caster is horrible. It should be in the 2.6-3.2 range. You need to get some aftermarket uca's to run a lift that high. Everything else is pretty good. I bet that steering wheel whips around and wanders all over the place.

Yea i know what the specs say. The trucks drives much better with at least 2.5 caster. If you put some bigger tires with a more aggressive tread you will want it in the 3.0 range

Okay, would tire size matter because they ran the machine set with 265/65/17 and I've got 265/70/17 nitro terra grappler

The readings happen in real time on the machine. The input size should on the tires shouldn't change it. It all depends on the system. Then again it doesn't say much about the tech performing the alignment and his attention to detail though. He should have never let that truck leave with those specs. You need to get aftermarket uca's though.

It probably wouldn't get much better, but they shouldn't charge you for an alignment they can't complete. It's their fault they didn't tell you that with a lift you may need extra parts. On the other hand, you should have researched the lift further before you went ahead with it. Then you would have known that you need aftermarket arms.

Blacked out badges, wheels, tool box, grill, and BHLM. 2in lift with stock tires. So many projects left to do....
Do you really need new UCAs for a 3 in lift?

Yea most of the time when you go over 2" it's best to get the arms. I would try and have them get it at least a little better. I would think they should be able to get the caster at least to 1. They will have to do it again after the arms go on though. They may not honor the lifetime alignment if you change parts though. There is always a loop hole in there that they will try and screw ya with. Say if you go off road and you take it back to get the toe adjusted because it was knocked out a little and they see some dirt or dried mud they might tell you that you are paying for it.
