    Who's running them? Anyone? Fit on stock wheels with 5100s at 1.75"? I wanted to go a little bigger than my 265 70 17s. Thoughts?

    Oz...how are they? Any speedo issues? Loss in mpg? Which tire?

    Oz are you running spacers with your stock wheels? Or do the light racing UCAs provide enough clearance for the 275s? I believe i have read a few cases of people rubbing on stock UCAs with 275s on stock wheels. And to answer your question OP yes some guys are able to run 275/70/17s with billies at 1.75 with minimal trimming.

    Nice, just read thru a few threads. Some guys rub on the stock UCAs with stock wheels and 275s, some guys don't, i guess it depends on the tread pattern or camber maybe.

    First off, thanks for getting back to me OZ. Secondly, This ^ is the answer I was looking for. I am having a set of 275/70r17 Cooper Discoverer ST installed, and it looks like I have the slightest rub on the plastic "nub" on the front of the wheel well. I will update with what exactly I had to trim.

    Yes I did. Sears was having a 10% sale today on top of a friends employee discount. Tires, mount, balance, warranty, and alignment out the door for $950.

    I need to take off the front black plastic "nub" and the smallest amount of the liner in the rear. I have only been able to reproduce the rub in reverse at full lock. I have to pick up some blades for my Dremel and I will trim tonight. I will post up what I trimmed for future reference.

    Thanks. They great on the truck. I will get some pics up today.
