Apparently 286/75/16 on OEM rim with 3" lift it doesn't work.(I need spacers or new rims) . Now I'm looking to buy a 8" wide rim that will have as less rubbing a possible. So... the question is , what's the best Offset for 285/75/16 on 8" wide rim with a 3"lift?

Keep those if you like them and just buy wheel spacers. That'll make the tire stick out far enough from the UCA and then you'll only need to do minor trimming to make them fit without rubbing.

I thought that is obvious that I don't want spacers. I'm trying to find what rims TW members have and if it is a perfect fit or not. On my '06 Tacoma I had 16x9,-12mm Offset, and 4.5" Backspace. That was to much offset or it was to wide. It had to much rubbing and I had to do a lot of trimming.

4.5" BS on a 8"wide rim will be 0mm offset. It's that what you have? Did you had to do any trimming?

Thats what I have and I stull had to do some trimming. I just ended up saying f it and did the bmc as well. no rubbing at all now. But 8" with 4.5 is ideal for these trucks with 285.

So far you and DWreck voted for 0mm and two other people for -12mm.
So far I'm leaning towards 0mm. I like the way they look on Dwreck truck.
