    Been wanting to try this for awhile. Thanks to those who has posted the playing card masking method... worked out good. Used rustoleum high performance wheel paint (seems super durable). Nothing really different than all the how-to's on this subject... degreased, steel wool, rubbing alcohol, primed, 2 paint coats (1 light, 1 heavy), red pinstripe. We'll see how it holds up. Intend to use clear coat only over stripe. The paint is made for wheel applications and has a nice satin finish that I don't want too glossy.
