Just orders the 5100/AAL lift. 15x8 wheels and 33x12.50 tires...
Hey everyone, I am new to Tacoma World and new to owning a tacoma!:D

I am doing the Billie 5100 and Eibach set up in the front end, and the 1.5" AAL in the rear on my 99 Tacoma 4x4 with 3.4 V6.

I am also doing 32x11.50 BFG A/T on a 15x8 steelie. I have been looking all over TacomaWorld forums and the internet, and I cannot seem to find a good article where someone uses 32x11.50 on their tacoma and talks about their BS.

Can someone help me out here. The wheels I am looking at have a -12 offset and 4.00" BS. Just want to make sure I get the BS/Offset correct before I order the wheels up.

Thanks guys...sorry if this topic has been discussed already, but I couldn't seem to find one.

I had a tough go of finding 15" wheels that would clear the calipers on 1st Gens. I ended up with Cragar Soft 8s and they cleared but I had to use 1/4" spacers up front. Wheelers and trail masters will also fit from what I've read

If this helps you at all....

    I ran 32 x 11.50's on my stock alloy rims (15x7) on my 96 with 1.5" lift.

Granted....I had to keep my tire pressure slightly lower to ensure even tread wear.... but the setup worked great. No issues...

I'm not sure backspacing will be an issue - vs - getting a standard wheel with standard backspacing. ????? I've ordered 15x8 steal wheels and installed 33x12.50's on them for our Jeep and never once had to request for a specific backspacing. ??????

You should have plenty of lift to fit 32x11.50's and not be too concerned about backspacing. Take that for what its worth....

That would be true if it came with 16" stock but not so much with 99 and below which came with 15" wheels.

I ran AR Nitros 15x8 with -19 (3.75") and then switched to Ion Alloys 15x8 with -5 (approx. 4.25") and had no issues with 33x12.50's. You will be fine with the 32's and -12.

I didn't know that... My old 1st gen was a 2002 dcab that came with stock 16"s.

Also just realized OP started this thread in 2013 LOL!
