I am going to put a 3" leveling kit on my 2013. What is the biggest size tire that I should go with? Also, what is the best rims?

I would recommend you browse through the forum and see if there's a setup that you like and go from there. Typically, 32" or 33" tires is what most members are running on a 3" lift. Choosing the right set of wheels is very subjective, but I do recommend SCS wheels:D.

id go with 33's may require minor trimming. even if they dont rub fenders or pinch welds driving on the road, you have to take into consideration when going off road and having a little bit of flex... otherwise go with 32's. thats what im doing. you can fit a 265/75R16 or 265/70R17 stock but also looks good with a 3"

    enough to go over stuff
285/70/17 will fit with minor trimming. 265/70/17 look good with No trimming and better milage. I have a 2 inch lift with 265/70/17 goodyear wranglers and 17" blackrock 909b rims.
